In 2003, after a two year partnership, NFTE Baltimore separated from NFTE Greater Washington DC, and through the help of a grant from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation established our own regional office.  Since then we have served over 5,000 youth, trained 54 teachers and established programs in 28 Baltimore City Public Schools.

The founding board chair of NFTE Baltimore was Mr. Lawrence M. Rivitz. He was succeeded in the summer of 2007 by Mr. Larry Jennings, President, TouchStone Partners.

Mr. Jennings is serving a three year term as chair of the NFTE Baltimore Regional Advisory Board. Ms. Patricia Granata Eisner has been the Executive Director of NFTE Baltimore since 2003.
